Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (Aayushman Bharat )

Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) is implemented to reduce the financial burden on poor and vulnerable groups arising out of catastrophic hospital episodes and ensure their access to quality health services was conceived.

 STEPS TO FOLLOW

  • The beneficiaries need to go to the District Civil Hospital and show the BPL card and if their name is in the Socio-Economic Caste Census, 2011 report they will get the card issued.

  • Those who are not in the census report they will have to submit the BPL card at the District Hospital and will get the card issued.

  •  Once SECC number received, apply for Jan Arogya Yojana card through nearest Common Service Centre.
